The Grand Theft Auto (GTA) VI is confirmed, BUT...

You know its coming. There is never a bigger gaming franchise than the Grand Theft Auto. Its installment the GTA V came out to be the best selling video game of all time in the US and Uk.
Like death and birth, the GTA VI is unavoidable. But don't hold your breath for this open-world crime game, cause you will pass out. The release of GTA VI is confirmed but Rockstar is not in a hurry. Here is  why

BUSINESS IS BOOMING

GTA V was released on 2013 on the PS3 and XBox 360. It marked over 11 million over 24 hours and so an immediate hit. Ranking over 1 billion dollars and setting all kinds of world records. The next year was accompanied with the release of the GTA  V on the PS4 and XBox One. Over the years Grand Theft Auto Five hasn't lost any of its momenta. In 2017 it topped the UK sales chart beating all the new hits of the period. During the next consecutive months, the GTA V was sold over 5million copies to the American gamers itself. Thus pushing the company not to launch any other cause the last one is a hurricane.

ONLINE IS FLOURISHING
One of the reasons the grand theft auto continues to thrive is its multiplayer component known as the GTA ONLINE. While it's the same map and the same gaming experience, the internet offers the players extra content, such as complex multiplayer heists and epic destruction with friends. GTA online has regular free update adding new contents to the game. It also made rockstar some tidy profit by offering GTA currency for actual money.

REDEMPTION IS COMING

The folks over rockstar are at this video game for a while. The upcoming Red Dead Redemption 2 checks along the GTA franchise. They both are open world games letting players live criminal fantasies.  They both are like cousins and releasing GTA after its cousin will add to both their profits.

PRODUCTION IS ON SCHEDULE

GTA  is not an annual franchise, Rockstar doesn't crack out new games every year. Their numbered installments are few and far. A truly GTA only comes out a couple of times in a decade. GTA IV was released 7 years after GTA III and GTA V at 2013 which makes their fans waiting.

GAMERS ARE STILL GAMING
Even if Rockstar did release GTA VI it doesn't mean gamers will fall into it. People are still finding out ways to make fun out of the GTA V. All are busing challenging, building mods, making gangs. Thus Rockstar has all their time to launch the GTA VI cause we will be busy with the latest GTA V for over a decade.
